has this ever worked? make sure you are running 4.2 for sure. when you install 4.2 does it install onto the palm? I am guessing so because you said everything but mail is working.
Make sure when you configure where the mail file is located in Easy Sync that it is pointing to the correct server or LOCAL. And that it is there. Just check the calendar settings and make sure mail is the same. Do you have filtering setup on the mail db in easy sync? Have you forced a config on next connection?
I would uninstall and then install. BUT before you sync I would disable everything but Mail. To make sure this is working correctly.
If this doesn't work uninstall the mail client that is installed on the palm. Just in case.
if this doesn't work go to the manufactures site and see if there are any issues with Lotus Notes mail. In fact go there first...
